Planning MARYLAND The U.S. General Services Administration is planning to build a new office complex in Baltimore to house 1,600 employees of the Social Security Administration. The complex will be comprise a five-story building and a seven-story building totaling 538,000 sq ft. The complex will be on an 11.3-acre site on Wabash Avenue next to the Reisterstown Plaza metro stop. The project also includes a 1,076-space parking garage. MICHIGAN The GEO Group, a private prison operator, is planning to renovate and expand their North Lake Correctional Facility in Baldwin. Required work includes an electrodialysis reversal equipment, an overall potable-water systems integration study, a preliminary design report and permitting.
