INDIANA Indiana University is planning a major expansion of its Jacobs School of Music in a project with two components. One component will be a new, five-story, 85,000-sq-ft Studio Building, with 84 studios for teaching and practice, 15 classrooms and office space. The second component will be a 20,000-sq-ft addition to the Musical Arts Center, consisting of three large rehearsal rooms, an audio control room and music technical shops. ARIZONA The City of Phoenix has selected Dibble Engineering to provide design services for the Salt River Extension (Runway 7R, Runway 25L) at Sky Harbor Airport. The project includes construction of a new cement-stabilized alluvium bank, reinforcing and realigning aprons and service roads, and extension of outfall piping. Construction cost is $15 million.
