TEXAS The University of Houston has selected Tellepsen to provide construction management-at-risk services for the school’s Health and Biomedical Science Facility. The project includes a six-story building containing an ambulatory surgical center, animal care and clinical facilities, laser center and research laboratories. The project is valued at $57 million. UTAH Salt Lake Community College selected SBS Architects to provide construction management/general contracting services for the Center for New Media. The project includes 105,500 sq ft of new space and 17,250 sq ft of renovated space at the South City campus.
