ARKANSAS Branco Enterprises Inc. was awarded a $21.1-million contract by the city of Siloam Springs for a renovation and addition to its existing 4.4-milliongallon-per-day wastewater treatment plant. The first phase, to reduce phosphorus levels, includes four structures: a biological nutrient-removal basin, a splitter basin, a waste-activated sludge structure and an electrical building.
