Ken Anthony has joined Wood Group Mustang as vice president of business development for process plants and industrial. He was previously with CH2M Hill.

David B. Tague has joined Cadence McShane Construction as vice president of housing and senior living. Previously, Tague was vice president of operations for Spring Valley Construction Co.

Srinivas Sangineni was named vice president of OTHON's Dallas office. He was previously a traffic engineer for consulting firms, the City of Austin and the Texas Transportation Institute.

HNTB Corp. announced several promotions and new hires: Michael J. Hegarty has been named a vice president and leader for HNTB's North Texas offices. He had been vice president and senior district manager for AECOM's Gulf States district. Kevin Young has been promoted to associate vice president in Houston. Previously, he was group director of HNTB's San Antonio office. Aaron Kwast has joined the firm as contract manager assigned to the Dallas Horseshoe project. He spent the past five years as the corridor design manager for the North Texas Tollway Authority's President George Bush Turnpike Western Extension Project in the Dallas metro area.

Tom Rowland has been named senior project manager at Balfour Beatty Construction. Rowland will relocate to Houston from Dallas, where he had been vice president of interiors and special projects.

THOMPSON

Dennis Thompson has joined Hill & Wilkinson as business development manager, focusing on the firm's health care and senior living markets. Prior to joining the firm, he held executive, sales and business development positions, most recently with Manhattan Construction Co. in Dallas.

Jan Egil Braendeland has rejoined Houston-based KBR as president of its oil-and-gas business unit. He had been senior vice president of upstream global business development at Foster Wheeler Corp. and an oil-and-gas senior vice president at KBR.

Panattoni Construction has added several new members to its team in Dallas: Brandon Perdue has joined as project manager, and Manny Davis and Mark Katafias both joined as superintendents.

SmithGroupJJR has named David Winfrey as leader of its health and science and technology studio in Dallas. He had been senior project designer with Perkins+Will.
