Originally designed to achieve LEED-Silver status, the team exceeded its goals and is currently pursuing Platinum.

This 65-unit, affordable-housing building located next to a light rail line was designed to create a sense of place for its working-family residents while helping to revitalize downtown Phoenix. Geared toward the Native American community, Devine Legacy integrates cultural elements throughout the design to celebrate Native American music, arts and traditions. A main courtyard with barbeque areas and a play yard serves as the building's social heart.

Sustainability was paramount. Originally designed to achieve LEED-Silver status, the team exceeded its goals and is currently pursuing Platinum. The building is energy efficient and saves water, but more importantly, provides a healthy indoor environment for residents.
