Schiff Hardin has appointed Christine A. McGuinness leader of the firm’s national real estate group, where she oversees matters involvingcorporate finance, commercial lending and financial institutions. Her new role follows the firm’s recent acquisition of the New York City-based MazurCarp & Rubin practice. McGuinness represents real estate developers and lenders in all capacities of commercial real estate as well as individuals and corporations with regard to leasing, financing and the acquisition of corporate jets and fractional aircraft interests.
Faithful+Gould has named Saeid Garebaglow as a vice president and lead for its new corporate real estate sector. He will lead sector expansion from the New York City office. Garebaglow came from Morgan Stanley, where he led institutional project management for the Americas. He also co-founded REplan LLC, a boutique real estate advisory company.
Tara D. McDevitt has joined the construction practice and litigation group at Goldberg & Connolly. She will focus on government contracting and contract surety disputes, among other areas.
