Design firm Stantec Inc., headquartered in Edmondton, Alberta, Canada, announced on July 20 that it has signed a letter of intent to acquire Naples, Fla.-based WilsonMiller Inc., a planning, design and engineering company that has more than 265 employees in 10 offices throughout the state.
