Oregon Naito Development Co. and Eagle Point Hotel Partners are planning to renovate the Grove Hotel in Portland. The 1906 building is three stories and 21,308 sq ft. It was most recently operated as a single-resident-occupancy hotel with 70 rooms and ground-floor retail. It will be renovated into a 112-room boutique hotel, with 9,000 sq ft of retail space and 2,700 sq ft of public space. Tennessee The Tennessee Board of Regents is planning to build a student recreation and fitness facility on the Tennessee Tech campus in Cookeville.
