Wilsonart’s new 31,000-sq-ft headquarters was designed to display the company’s latest products and provide a unifying space for collaborative work areas that integrate the organization into an open office. The team faced multiple changes in upper management at Wilsonart during the project, which in turn caused several changes in the design. But clear communication and a flexible schedule enabled the team to minimize delays and additional costs. The project also faced a number of budget challenges, but the project team balanced requirements for both design and budget, completing the job on time and within budget.
