The metro Milwaukee construction market is experiencing “a renaissance of building” fueled by a few megaprojects such as the Northwestern Mutual Tower and Commons and the new Bucks Arena, says Jelen. “It is exciting and humbling at the same time, given the subcontractor and workforce market capacity,” he adds. “Being passionate about the city and local community, it is important for us as leaders in the business to train and build focused sustainable growth in our small businesses, subcontractors and workforce during this renaissance.”
