Dylan Rogers has joined Sundt Construction’s Sacramento office as an estimator. Rogers has more than 10 years of industry experience, including six with Sundt as a project engineer. Previously, Rodgers spent time in New York working as a project manager for a national general contracting and management firm.

BNBuilders has added Jack Planter to its San Diego office as a mechanical, electrical and plumbing coordinator. With more than three decades of technical expertise in MEP systems, Planter will work with trade contractors to incorporate their information into the BIM model. He is a member of ASHRAE, the International Society of Pharmaceutical Engineering, the Building Commissioning Association and the U.S. Green Building Council.

Michael Rogers succeeds Glenn Tarbox as the new global dams practice leader for MWH Global. Based in San Diego, Rogers will lead planning, design and construction management for structures designed to store, regulate and deliver water. Rogers previously served as the firm’s North America dams practice leader. Tarbox will continue to serve as a senior technical adviser based in Bellevue, Wash.

HNTB Corp. has added Kevin Haboian as chief business development officer and senior vice president. Based in the firm’s Orange County office, Haboian will support the company’s growth within the transportation sector across the U.S. Haboian’s 30 years of transportation industry experience includes having worked on the Gerald Desmond Bridge replacement in Long Beach and the I-15 and Route 91 Express Lanes program management projects in Riverside.

Matthew Englert has been promoted to senior vice president with Rosendin Electric, replacing Willie Micene, who is retiring at the end of 2016. Englert joined the firm in 2000, and after serving as project manager for several large data center and powerplant projects, helped develop Rosendin’s mission critical resource group and create its modular power solutions.

The company also named Angela Hart to the new position of director of operations, San Jose, where she will be responsible for Rosendin’s South Bay area operations. Hart has been with Rosendin Electric for 25 years, starting as a management assistant. She was promoted to division manager in 2007.
CallisonRTKL has promoted Los Angeles-based architect Kelly Farrell to senior vice president and global practice group leader for workplace. Farrell will be responsible for overseeing the firm’s work with corporate and public clients, multinational corporations and mission critical projects.

The firm also promoted Cody Clark to vice president. Clark leads the environmental graphics studio in the firm’s Los Angeles office, working on comprehensive wayfinding systems, identity and signage.

Bernards has promoted Jocelyn Topolski to executive director of project development. She will coordinate the project development team, spearhead strategic partnering initiatives and manage client relations and the strategic media positioning program.

The firm also promoted Mike Funderberg to executive director of the health care group. He will continue to serve as project executive on major health care projects, including a new patient tower for Henry Mayo Newhall Hospital in Valencia and the Tehachapi Replacement Critical Access Hospital.
