Ryan GroveRyan Cos. US Inc. hired Ryan Grove as director of development in the West region. Based in San Diego, Grove will be responsible for all aspects of development including site selection and land acquisition, municipal approvals, design and construction coordination and lease or sale negotiations. He has completed more than 700 sale and lease transactions exceeding $800 million in value and 9.2 million sq ft of space. He most recently served as senior vice president at Jones Lang LaSalle in the San Diego agency division. He received a bachelor’s degree in geoscience from the University of Arizona. An active member of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors, he served as a board member of the San Diego chapter for three years.


Intissar DurhamT.Y. Lin International has hired Intissar Durham as aviation group leader for the Southwest district. She has specialized in major aviation initiatives since 1988. She previously served as chief airports engineer for Los Angeles World Airports, where she oversaw the $1.5-billion Bradley West Project at the Tom Bradley International Terminal, runway safety area improvements at three airports and new West Aircraft Maintenance Area Improvements at LAX. Durham received a master’s degree in business administration from Loyola Marymount University in Los Angeles. She is the past director-at-large of the Women’s Transportation Seminar.


Tuyet LeLevel 10 Construction has appointed Tuyet Le as executive director, business development. She previously served as vice president and director of business development for HOK, San Francisco, where she directed the firm’s global health care business development and marketing efforts with owners such as Stanford Health Care, Kaiser Permanente and Sutter Health. She holds a bachelor’s degree in international business from San Diego State University.


Kenneth J. MurrayParsons has appointed Kenneth J. Murray as North America West division manager for its industrial business unit. Murray, who joined Parsons in 2015 as senior vice president, holds a master’s degree in business administration from the University of Calgary and a bachelor’s in mechanical engineering from the Memorial University of Newfoundland.


Lisa MaurathLisa Maurath has been named area manager of the Los Angeles transportation and infrastructure office of WSP | Parsons Brinckerhoff. She will be responsible for projects such as the second phase of the Expo Line light rail, the Regional Connector subway and the Westside Subway Extension. For the past six years, she has served as the operations manager for the firm’s Los Angeles office. She currently serves on the advisory boards of Mobility 21 and Cal State Los Angeles College of Engineering as well as the board of directors for the Los Angeles Chamber of Commerce. She is serving as the 2016/17 president for the Los Angeles chapter of the American Consulting Engineers Council.


Kevin HinrichsTaylor Design has named Kevin Hinrichs as principal. Hinrichs, who will continue as director of the firm’s San Francisco office, joined the firm in 2013. Since then, he has helped grow the local staff from six employees to 11, with plans to add more positions. Hinrichs serves on the board of directors for On Lok Community Housing, a nonprofit that acquires, develops and operates real estate to house the elderly in San Francisco.
