Minnesota Catholic Charities is planning to build Higher Ground-Dorothy Day Apartments-Connection Center, Phase II in St. Paul. The six-story homeless shelter and efficiency apartment building will include a dining hall, a commercial kitchen, an office, and space for health-care and job-training services. Montana The City of Bozeman is planning to construct the Bozeman Sports Park.
