Pulse 08/18/2014 Planning Colorado Hines, a developer, is planning to build 1144 Fifteenth, a 40-story, mixed-use tower in Denver. The top 27 floors of the 640,000-sq-ft building will be dedicated to office space, and the bottom 13 floors will be a podium containing retail, a fitness center and an 880-space parking garage. Pickard Chilton is the designer. Construction is expected to start in May 2015 and be completed by May 2017. The project's value has been estimated at $64 million.
