Pulse 10/21/2013 Planning California BNSF Railway is planning to build the Southern California International Gateway, a 153-acre cargo depot just off Interstate 710 in Los Angeles bordering Long Beach. The project entails constructing rail tracks to connect to existing rail lines, including the Alameda Corridor, widening the Dominguez Channel rail bridge and reconstructing the Sepulveda Blvd. rail bridge and the Pacific Coast Highway overpass.
