New York TZ Vista LLC is planning to build TZ Vista, a residential project at 55 Gedney St. in Nyack. It will encompass three six-story buildings containing up to 120 units, with underground parking. New Mexico Bradbury Stamm Construction Co. has started carrying out phase two of an improvement project at the New Mexico School for the Deaf campus in Santa Fe. North Dakota Dakota Access LLC has awarded a contract to Matrix Service Co. to engineer, procure and construct six gathering terminals for the Dakota Access Pipeline.
