Michigan The Huron County Building and Zoning Dept. is proposing to build a multipurpose fitness and recreational center in Bad Axe. New York 441 Ohio Street LLC is planning to build Buffalo River Lofts, a mixed-use building on the former site of the Erie Freight House, an 1860s timber-frame warehouse that served the Erie Railroad. Also known as Freight House Landing, the five-story building will contain office space and up to 78 market-rate apartments, 75 parking spaces, passive green space along the river's edge and floating boat docks.
