The competition honors facilities and initiatives worldwide that seek to develop new approaches to addressing homelessness.

The 75,000-sq-ft multipurpose facility was designed by San Antonio-based Overland Partners Architects and Dallas-based CamargoCopeland Architects. It was completed in May 2008 on a previously developed 3.41-acre site in Dallas’ central business district.
