McShane Development Co. marked the 15-year anniversary of its Austin office opening and its relocation to 816 Congress Ave. The McShane Co. has established a presence within the local Austin real estate community since entering the market in 1995 and has completed several high-profile industrial, office and multifamily development assignments in Austin and the surrounding area. The firm has several notable projects currently under way, including Estancia Apartments, a 276-unit apartment development in Austin; City North at Sunrise Ranch, a 384-unit apartment complex in Round Rock; Tuscany Center at Walnut Creek, a multi-building business park offering for-lease and build-to-suit opportunities; Tuscany Technology Center, a two-building business park offering one existing building and one available land parcel in Austin; and Riata Vista, a multi-building, 650,000-sq-ft office park in Austin.

The new McShane Development suite is located within the 433,024-sq-ft, 20-story building that is a few blocks from the State Capitol.
