St. Luke’s Episcopal Health System in Houston opened its $28.5-million Lakeside Hospital, a new addition on the campus of St. Luke’s The Woodlands Hospital. Designed by RTKL, with offices in Dallas, the new 90,000-sq-ft hospital includes 30 inpatient beds, six operating rooms and three cardiac catheterization labs, as well as diagnostic imaging technologies.

In addition to architectural and master planning services, RTKL handled interior design and equipment planning for the project. Bellows Construction served as the project’s general contractor, Haynes Whaley Associates as the structural engineer, and Walter P Moore as the civil engineer, all of Houston.
