Bill Young Regional Reservoir. Ranging from $120 million to $170 million, the three recently received bids are to repair the soil-cement erosion-control layer and expand the reservoir by about 40%. Notice to proceed for permitting is scheduled for Sept. 1, with a construction start anticipated a year later.
