Clark Prothero, Robert Wilson and A. Scott Young have assumed leadership roles at consulting and program management firm Raba Kistner Infrastructure in Lehi, Utah. Gary Raba, former RKI president, has accepted the position of chairman of the board of parent company Raba Kistner Inc.

Prothero, RKI vice president, becomes the office leader with responsibility for the Utah and New York offices. Under Prothero, the Utah office has worked on several projects, including the I-15 CORE, for which RKI performed independent quality assurance.

Christine King has joined Lakewood, Colo.-based consulting engineers Martin/Martin Inc. as the firm's marketing manager. She will oversee the firm's marketing division and assist in business development with local, regional and national clients. King has been active in the architecture, engineering and construction industry for more than 20 years. She is a member of the Urban Land Institute and has twice served as president of the Society for Marketing Professional Services Colorado Chapter and was named an SMPS Fellow in 2010.

Burkett Design has hired two architects in the firm's Denver office. Drew Allen has worked extensively in the construction industry in Southern California and has developed a broad knowledge of construction and fabrication technologies. He graduated from the University of Arizona with a bachelor's degree in architecture.

Burkett Design also hired Jessica Garfin, who graduated from the University of Colorado with a master's degree in architecture and a certificate in design-build. While there, she participated in numerous design-build projects. She has also worked on several commercial and residential projects.

Diane M. Miller has rejoined Denver's JE Dunn Construction Co. as vice president of marketing after almost a decade away from the firm. She was business development manager for JE Dunn's Colorado Springs office from 1996 to 2003 and returns to the firm after serving as vice president of business development for Shaw Construction for nearly 10 years. Miller has more than 24 years of experience in real estate and construction services.

S.A. Miro Inc., a Denver-based structural and civil engineering firm, has added three new engineers. Colleen Arni joins the Denver office as a senior project engineer. She worked as a structural engineer at Merrick & Co. and was an associate principal at Monroe & Newell Engineers.

Chris Hessek joins Miro's Denver office as a project engineer. His seven-plus years of engineering experience include work on post-tensioned and cast-in-place concrete systems. He worked previously at The Leffler Group and Monroe & Newell Engineers.

Irena Kahanek joins the Denver office as a senior project engineer with more than a decade of experience in structural engineering. She is pursuing a master's degree in engineering management at CU Boulder.
