The 4,963-sq-ft restaurant is located on the northwest corner of 22nd and Blake streets in Denver’s Ballpark neighborhood. The 3,763-sq-ft interior was designed to reflect the curves of the outfield at nearby Coors Field and features a central island bar and LED-lit water wall, natural rope curtains and a blend of wood, concrete and steel.

“Roth Sheppard Architects created Zi South’s sophisticated contemporary space with a center heartbeat radiating energy throughout the open design,” said Deborah Sturm, president of BSB Hospitality Inc., the owner.

The dining room, which seats a total of 197 people inside and out, has wall-to-wall windows on two sides, allowing diners to watch the Ballpark District’s active streetscape. Two outdoor patio spaces, with seating for 22 patrons, offer views of Coors Field.

The restaurant serves Mexican-American cuisine and will be hosting a grand opening and welcome nights for various groups throughout April.
