The County’s Planning, Building and Development Department, Stormwater Management Commission and Lake County Health Department are located in the facility, providing one-stop-convenience for area customers.

Additionally, there is a 9,000-sq-ft laboratory facility on the first floor, consolidating the Health Department operations.

The 64,000-sq-ft facility was completed at a cost of $19 million.
