Michael Latiolais has been appointed CFO of ISC Constructors LLC following the retirement of Steve McNeal.

Bartlett Cocke General Contractors has promoted the following people: Tally J. "TJ" Rogers, vice president of estimating, was appointed to the board of directors.

Jerry Hoog has been promoted to senior vice president of operations for South Texas.

James Anderson has been promoted to vice president of operations for South Texas.

Effective March 1, Eli Gage will become chief executive officer of CGL Management Group, a wholly owned subsidiary of Hunt Cos. Gage was previously responsible for CGL's marketing, communications, business development and brand management.

Baker Triangle has promoted David Long to president of Triangle Plastering Ltd. Long worked in Baker Drywall's Dallas office for eight years as a project manager.

Robert "Bob" Kelly has joined Roy Anderson Corp as senior vice president of preconstruction. He was most recently president of Innovation Project Development.

Mike Pierle has joined RAC as executive vice president of operations. His past roles have included serving as senior vice president and director of operations for Bovis Lend Lease and KBR Building Group LLC.

Ryan Mouledous has been named the new president of Broadmoor LLC. Mouledous rejoined Broadmoor as executive vice president last year after a short tenure as vice president at a southwest Louisiana construction company.
