Fort Worth-based Key Construction recently completed CIGNA Pointe One: Regional Headquarters in Plano. It was designed and constructed for LEED-silver certification.

The 204,000-sq-ft, four-story complex was built to for CIGNA to consolidate operations in Plano. It is on a 43-acre master-planned site. CIGNA Pointe is divided into two wings, with each floor containing about 50,000 sq ft per wing. The façade is concrete, enhanced with thin brick, aluminum and glass curtain wall.
