Jim Hayward, GOMACO's Western District manager, based in Arizona, will now be responsible for sales in the state, replacing Kendall Kelly, who retired after more than 38 years with the company. Bryan Beck joins the sales team this month and will be responsible for taking over Kelly's former territory in New Mexico and the Midwest.

Chuck Salt

SALT
was hired as area manager for Sundt Construction's Tempe, Ariz., office. Salt will focus on mission critical facilities and corporate office projects. He has more than a decade of experience that includes overseeing major projects across nine states. His most recently completed project is the Arizona Public Service Deer Valley Operations Building in Phoenix. Salt holds a bachelor's degree in construction management from the University of Florida and is a LEED Accredited Professional.

joined W.J. Maloney Plumbing's Phoenix office as a senior estimator. He will be responsible for estimating mechanical, plumbing and piping work on commercial and industrial projects. His duties include design-build as well as plans and specifications projects. Boltz brings more than 35 years of local plumbing and mechanical estimating and project management experience to W.J. Maloney Plumbing. He earned a bachelor's degree in business administration with a minor in operations management from Arizona State University.
