The 1.2-million-sq-ft Omni Nashville Hotel features 80,000 sq ft of meeting and event space—including ballrooms of 16,000 sq ft and 28,000 sq ft—and a 640-space, below-grade parking deck. Built as a public-private partnership between the city of Nashville and TRT Holdings, the hotel is fully connected to the Country Music Hall of Fame. In order to build the facility's podium and room tower simultaneously, the project team chose to separate the two structures and added an expansion joint. Brasfield & Gorrie completed the project 90 days ahead of schedule.
