The project, which includes 220 multifamily units, single-family homes, senior housing and retail, office and commercial uses, has rents ranging from public housing level to market rate. The project's third phase, which earned LEED-Platinum certification, features a rooftop photovoltaic solar array, Energy Star appliances and lighting, low-E windows and programmable thermostats.
