Cory West has joined Suffolk Construction Co. in West Palm Beach, Fla., as the company's BIM manager for the Southeast region. West's background includes experience in the construction and defense contracting industries.

Also in West Palm Beach, the firm hired Brad Moore as a project superintendent for the Southeast region's health care group. Moore has 32 years of experience, most recently in building hospitals.

Evan Rosenblatt is Stiles' third new development manager. Rosenblatt most recently worked as a preconstruction manager for Stiles Construction. He will focus on commercial projects.

 

Danny Bazemore was hired as regional account and sales manager for refrigeration services for Jacksonville, Fla.-based Stellar. Also in the refrigeration services unit, Brian Kirley was hired as a mechanical engineer and Otto Rosasco as project manager. In the food and beverage facility division, Bassem Khoury was named an electrical engineer and Erin Metcalf was appointed as a project engineer. Also, Bhaumik Tandel was hired as an electrical engineer for Stellar's energy division. Roger Womack was hired as a quality assurance engineer.

Phil Hanegraaf has joined RS&H, Jacksonville, Fla., as a vice president and national planning market leader for the firm's transportation and infrastructure division. He has more than 30 years of experience managing large-scale transportation, land use and urban-design initiatives.

Shane Puckett has joined Brady in Raleigh, N.C., as a mechanical project developer in the firm's energy services department. Puckett is a certified plumbing engineer and has 17 years of engineering experience. Brady provides HVAC system and comprehensive building solutions for commercial and industrial facilities across North Carolina.

Lee Dunnam has joined Edwards Construction Services in Orlando as vice president. The 25-year industry veteran will focus on business development and customer relations.

Fort Lauderdale, Fla.-based Stiles Development has added three development managers to its staff, the result of increased development activity. joined Stiles after having recently worked with Trump International in Sunny Isles Beach, Fla., where she managed major renovations. In her new position, Joly will focus on retail projects.also was named a development manager. He will focus on residential projects. McLane has been with the company since 2004 and recently worked as a real estate analyst for Stiles Investment Services.
