An onsite safety director and project safety supervisors performed daily job analyses, reviewing complex lifts and excavations with the contractor, subcontractors and ConocoPhillips staff. The contractor also performed onsite safety audits and reviewed results with subcontractors. Despite potential hazards, crews completed the project without a single recordable incident.
