Armando Ramos started his career as a structural engineer and was responsible for the design of several public-sector facilities and structures, including the Metro Gold Line underground tunnels and bridges in the Los Angeles area. Ramos supports various scholarship programs, including one sponsored by the University of California, Berkeley Alumni Association. In 2000 the Hispanic Engineer National Achievements Award Corp. named him Engineer of the Year and in 2006 selected him as a National Luminary Honoree. Ramos is currently president of RAMOS/CS, a program, engineering and construction management company. Before starting the company, Ramos worked at Parsons Corp., where he held various management positions, including being part of the leadership council to Parsons' CEO.

Teresa Ruiz actively mentors younger co-workers and is known for seeing and encouraging the best in those around her. Ruiz is co-chair of the BAR Associates Group and is actively engaged in the firm's Project Implementation and IDP committees. She sees opportunity in the face of challenge. In 2008-2009 she started an entrepreneurship program at the Urban Land Institute San Francisco District Council to help colleagues through legal and financial aspects of owning a real estate business. Ruiz continues as ULI San Francisco programs co-chair this year. In addition, she recently was named to the local Residential Product Council.

Lori Ann Stevens received her bachelor's degree in construction management from Arizona State University and her master's degree in civil engineering from San Diego State University. In her position as a senior project manager for Turner, Stevens manages projects in the company's Special Projects Division and assists with business development. She helped Turner win such recent jobs as Affirmed Housing's Connections Project in San Diego. Stevens also is a member of the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties, Construction Real Estate Women and American Subcontractors Association, and is vice chair of the San Diego Habitat for Humanity board.

An accomplished facilitator of public meetings, Wilson is described as being passionate about developing concensus solutions through the process of public outreach. In addition, Wilson has managed large, on-call environmental contracts with such major agencies as the Los Angeles County Dept. of Public Works, the Los Angeles Unified School District, the Port of Long Beach and the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers.
