After Zach Murphy graduated from Brown University more than 15 years ago, he joined DPR Construction on a large silicon-wafer fabrication project in Colorado. Murphy spent the early days of his career overhauling sterile fill-finish and aseptic processing facilities for many of the major biotech companies in the Bay Area. Those projects often required six months of advanced planning and preparation, but they had to be executed on an around-the-clock schedule during a tight, two- to three-week facility shutdown period. Murphy is an active participant in mentoring and training the next generation of leaders at DPR and developed the training group for the project engineer role.

Michael Nelson's commitment to constructing best-in-class health-care projects extends to his active pursuit of professional licensure and accreditations. He has been a licensed OSHPD Class A Hospital professional since 2006 and earned a LEED AP credential in 2007. Nelson's résumé also includes the American Hospital Association's Certified Hospital Constructor credential. He has also helped several fellow Skanska employees study for and pass the LEED AP exam. Nelson has participated in many community-service activities with such organizations as Habitat for Humanity and Rebuilding Together Oakland.

Luke O’Dea

Luke O'Dea leads the Uni-Solar project design and applications engineering team, which has streamlined the company's technical sales process and developed external contractor training programs for its solar product. The team has performed research and authored papers, developed tools to interpret wind tunnel testing for a ballasted racking system, designed and specified numerous photovoltaic installations, and managed the construction design portion of 3.2 megawatts of EPC construction. One area in which O'Dea is seen as having demonstrated excellence is in research pertaining to energy yield modeling of photovoltaic systems.

Rose Olson has been in the design and construction industry since she graduated with a bachelor's degree in architecture from McGill University in 1998. At 32, Olson became director of development with Urban Environments, an urban-infill, market-rate housing developer, and later joined West Hollywood Community Housing Corp. She is responsible for all aspects of its real estate development activities, including site acquisition, financing, design, entitlements, construction and transition to the asset and property management team.
