Completed in time for the holiday shopping season last November, the reinforced concrete design-build project includes 561 stalls across five levels of above-grade parking and 1.5 levels of below grade parking. Because the structure is located next to a busy retail center, the contractor had to carefully schedule concrete and other deliveries around rush hour to keep the retail stores open and their patrons safe during construction. The two-bay wide, long-span parking structure is designed with jump-ramps at the top and bottom to improve circulation.
