Tina Moschetti
was promoted to principal at Stantec's Irvine transportation practice. She will lead project and operational performance there, including budget management and quality control. Moschetti also will support such clients as LA Metro and the Orange County Transportation Authority.
MOSCHETTI
Lisa Alzona has joined the Irvine office of design firm EwingCole as senior medical planner. She has more than 10 years' experience in the health care market, having worked for HOK and HDR. Alzona has a bachelor's degree in architecture from the University of the Philippines.
Kenneth Jong has been named San Francisco area manager at Parsons Brinckerhoff. He has been with the firm for 25 years, most recently as the engineering manager for the California High-Speed Rail program management team. Jong previously served as San Diego area manager and as project manager for the San Francisco-Oakland Bay Bridge East Span seismic safety project.
In addition, Parsons Brinckerhoff added Anil Mathew to its San Francisco office as procurement manager. He has 20 years' experience as a procurement and purchasing professional.
Jeff Kroeker
was elected to a one-year post as president of the National Demolition Association during the group's annual convention in San Diego. He is the secretary-treasurer of demolition and recycling contractor Kroeker Inc. in Fresno.
