AGC of California Unveils 2012 Constructor Award Winners
AGC of California Joint Engineering Division Director Sam Hassoun presented the S.I.R. Achievement Award to Randy Iwasaki, Executive Director of the Contra Costa Transportation Authority and former Director of Caltrans.
